The service was dismissive initially but improved to be very friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The rooms were exactly how the pictures portrayed, but they were very loud. The elevators were dated and old, making it challenging to get upstairs with all the people. However, the service was always responsive to my concerns and professional.
